Recipe to Cleanse the Liver

The liver performs the great service of removing toxins from the bloodstream. But if the liver becomes overtaxed to the extent that it can no longer function properly, then your whole body will be in difficulty. Therefore, care of the liver is one of the most important aspects of preventative medicine. According to Yogi Bhajan every three months you should devote at least one week to cleaning your liver. The only way to do this is through diet. This yummy Beat-Carrot Casserole can help you do just that.

2bunches scallions, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced
